By placing an order with Ladies Stop, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Return Policy

We do accept returns or exchange  but under certain terms and conditions . Return policy

2. Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)

  • Exchange is applicable only if the product is damaged.
  • No exchange will be provided for size issues, color differences, or change of preference.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is compulsory to claim any damage.
  • The video must:
  • Be recorded in horizontal format
  • Be clear and continuous (no cuts/pauses)
  • Be less than 1 minute 30 seconds
  • Clearly show the package being opened from all angles
  • Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

4. Claim Timeframe

  • Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

5. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable on all orders.

6. GST Charges

  • GST will be charged extra as applicable on all products.

7. Product Disclaimer

  • Slight variation in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
  • All products are handcrafted; minor irregularities are part of the design and not defects.

8. Order Confirmation

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
  • Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.

9. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
  • Ladies Stop is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
