Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Return:
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, or
• Product received is of the wrong size

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any other reasons.

2. Mandatory Opening Video:

• An unboxing/opening video is compulsory to raise any return request.
• The video must be:
• Recorded in horizontal format
• Clear and continuous (no cuts or edits)
• Showing the package from all angles before opening
• The video must be shared on WhatsApp at 9217024479 within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Approval Process:

• Once the video is reviewed and approved by our team, your return request will be processed.
• Ladies Stop holds full अधिकार (rights) to approve or reject the request after verification.

4. Refund Policy:

• Once the return is approved and the product is received back, the refund will be initiated.
• Refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after quality check.

5. Important Guidelines:

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be in unused, original condition with proper packaging.
• Requests without a valid opening video will not be accepted.
• Return/Exchange is applicable only once per order.

6. Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• In case return pickup is unavailable, the customer may be required to ship the product at their own cost.
